앱의 사람 이름과 기록은 서버가 아닌 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 초기화하기 전에 설정에서 백업 파일을 만들어 안전한 곳에 보관해 주세요.
빠른 사용 안내
사람과 기록 추가
홈에서 사람을 추가한 뒤, 그 사람을 열어 기억할 한 줄을 남기세요. 다음 만남 전에 브리핑에서 최근 기록과 고정 기록을 빠르게 훑을 수 있습니다.
기록 고정·수정·삭제
기록의 더보기 메뉴에서 고정, 수정 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 고정한 기록도 같은 메뉴에서 고정을 해제하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
캘린더 알림
설정에서 캘린더 브리핑을 켜면 일정 제목과 저장한 이름을 기기 안에서 비교하고, 일치할 때 당일 오전 8시 알림을 예약합니다. 캘린더와 알림 권한이 모두 필요하며 언제든 시스템 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
백업과 복원
설정의 ‘백업 내보내기’로 JSON 파일을 만들 수 있습니다. 복원할 때는 현재 데이터를 교체하거나, 같은 사람과 기록의 중복을 피하며 병합할 수 있습니다. 백업 파일에는 이름과 기록이 포함되므로 본인만 접근할 수 있는 곳에 보관하세요.
구매 복원
평생 이용권을 구매한 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 구매 화면의 ‘구매 복원’을 선택하세요. 결제 또는 복원이 계속 실패하면 Apple 영수증과 함께 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 카드번호 같은 결제수단 정보는 보내지 마세요.
데이터 삭제 요청
사람 이름과 메모는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱 안에서 각 사람과 메모를 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 백업으로 내보내지 않은 모든 로컬 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
평생 이용권 확인을 위해 RevenueCat에 보관된 구매 연결 정보의 삭제를 요청하려면 hello@beside-co.com으로 스토어 종류와 구매 시기를 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 RevenueCat 고객 프로필과 연결 식별자를 30일 이내 삭제합니다. Google Play 또는 Apple이 법률·회계 목적으로 보관하는 거래 기록은 각 스토어의 보관 정책에 따르며 brief note가 직접 삭제할 수 없습니다.

Support
Your names and notes are stored on your device, not on our server. Export a backup from Settings before deleting the app or resetting your device.
You can add a person, write one-line notes, and pin, edit, or delete any note from its menu. Optional calendar briefings compare event titles with saved names on-device and require both Calendar and Notification permissions.
Data deletion requests
Names and notes can be deleted inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all local data that you have not exported as a backup.
To request deletion of purchase-linking data stored by RevenueCat for lifetime-access verification, email hello@beside-co.com with the store and approximate purchase date. After verification, we delete the RevenueCat customer profile and linked identifiers within 30 days. Transaction records retained by Google Play or Apple for legal or accounting obligations remain subject to each store's retention policy and cannot be deleted directly by brief note.
